One on One Nutrition Coaching
You and your coach will have touch point meetings in order to:
– keep you accountable and provide support to keep propelling towards your goals
– keep you on track and positive
– strategies to work through any unpredictable obstacles or challenges
– provide ideas for meal planning, meal prep or recipes
– email correspondence for on-going assistance, as well as, support and counselling
– revisit and adjust your goals
Your coach will provide feedback and any changes that may need to occur, depending on your discussion. We understand that your needs and goals may change and we ensure to provide guidance and the support you need.We offer weekly, bi-weekly and monthly touch point meetings.
Are you looking for structured plan? If you’re disciplined and know you just need the information in order to get the results, or even if you need a starting point. We offer meal planning service that will get you going in the right direction towards your goals, and includes meal prep ideas and tips and recipes.
